Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

- The item you received was not as described.
Making an order with iLovPets.com is very simple, just find the products you would like to order using either the search bar or by using the navigation bar at the top. Add the products to your cart, and then checkout!
We accept all cards – Maestro, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, including apple and google pay via our payment processor stipe.
Once your order has been fulfilled within our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number and a weblink to follow the entire process of your order, and to keep you in the loop. You can also track your order via your account section.
Here at IlovPets.com we are very proud of our delivery time. We do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and you should expect your delivery within 5 to 11 working days depending on what country we are shipping to. Remember we offer free shipping on all our items!

Our parcels all have a ‘leave safe policy’. Pet Supplies can often heavy & bulky, however our orders are tracked and packed with our rain resistant packaging and will be left in a safe place if you are not home to receive your parcel.
If your item does not arrive within 14 days of it being dispatched, please contact us with your order number and we will carry out an investigation with our courier to find out exactly where your parcel is. We will send out a replacement product immediately if the courier is at fault.

Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
